Forgot Password

  1. Click "Forgot My Password" button in the SOECHI Support Center Sign in page.
  2. You will be directed to the "Forgot My Password" page.
  3. Input your active company email in the Username field and click "Send Email" button.
  4. Check your email to find the reset link password. Follow the instruction written in the email.
  5. We recommend you to change the password after resetting the old password. Make sure you choose the password that is easy to be remembered in the future.

How to submit support request?

  1. Sign-in using your employee ID. For a better sign-in experience in the future, save your password in your browser.
  2. Go to "Make Request" page. Click the "Make Request" menu on the top menu bar.
  3. Complete the requirement form.
  4. You only need to fill 5 fields (Problem Title, Problem Details, Support Department, Problem Category, and Check the approval part if needed)
  5. Submit the request by click the orange button "Submit Request".

Priority Level Description

Critical (More Important + More Urgent)
• Impacted to wider organisation or most of the users.
• Impacted to the large tangible or intangible losses.

High (Less Important + More Urgent)
• Not a critical issue yet significantly is impacted to less or specific users.
• Causes decreased tool performance.

Normal (More Important + Less Urgent)
• Any important task or specific issue that don't need a quick handle.
• Impacted to a very specific user.
• Not hindering the company's operation at the moment.

Low (Less Important + Less Urgent)
• A very small impact with a very specific user
